I recently had Bungay Renos complete a major renovation of our home. The exterior included all new windows and doors, siding, insulation, soffit lighting, removal of a brick chimney and new stone work to the entrance area. The interior entailed new flooring throughout the home, a complete washroom rebuild, kitchen remodel removing a wall between the kitchen and family room, a new staircase, as well as installation of a new central heat pump, hot water heater, multiple appliances and numerous other upgrades throughout . To say the least it was a major renovation and I can honestly say that Scott and his crew stepped up to the plate to perform a fantastic transformation. What we purchased as a fixer upper, is now a beautiful new looking home. The work was all completed in a professional manner and the crew addressed several unforeseen problems without hesitation. I have nothing but praise for Scott and his team, for a beautiful well done job.

After having hired other professionals many times in the past few years and not getting quality work I found myself putting off home repairs because I felt there was no one I could trust to do it right and I started to believe that maybe my standards were just not reasonable. I found Scott through a video my cousins woodworking business was tagged in (Dusty Moustache Creations -look them up if you need a custom wood piece, they are also amazing). Thinking they seemed too good to be true I watched every TikTok and Facebook Reel multiple times before finally reaching out. From the very first call I could tell Scott was different, he was genuine and knowledgeable and all my contractor anxiety was instantly gone. While my moderate size repair did turn into a major repair (thanks in part to some of the previous “professionals” work) Scott and his crew were absolutely amazing. They had a solution for every issue that came up and I never had to worry about any of it. There are not enough good words to say about Scott, Brady and Nick. I am beyond grateful to have finally found a company I can trust with all my future renovation needs. ❤️1

Robert and I had a great experience with Bungay’s. They came in to save the day after a flood in our home. We wanted to choose our own Reno company…someone that we could trust to do a professional, quality job. Even though we didn’t know them personally, we had heard great things and they delivered. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and quiet. We were able to live in our home during the renos with very little disruption to our daily life. We did have a few bumps along the way (as with any reno) which Scott handled in a professional manner and with utmost patience. I’d also like to mention that Nic is a MAGICIAN!! Thank you all for the wonderful experience. We look forward to working together again in the new year!

We could not recommend Bungay Reno’s more highly. Scott and his crew of Brady, Nic, Jeremy, Rick, and Dawn (interior designer- Down home designs) were absolutely incredible to work with. From day one of the renovation the emphasis was on keeping things as clean and organized as possible. Every effort was made to ensure that dust was kept to a minimum and the site was left in perfect condition at the end of each day. Every person that came to the house - the plumbers, cabinet maker and countertop suppliers were very professional and friendly and excelled at their jobs. During the course of the renovation I appreciated the fact that no request was too much to ask for and no questions were left unanswered. Responses to any questions were addressed immediately and very often great advice was given for alternative ideas. I will definitely contact Bungay Reno’s for any future work to be done at my home!
